Starting from the property owners to the facilities and the property. You name it and everything is not what I expected, in a bad way. Demanded the money three months before, alloted different rooms of lower range.. facilities are not available. I could rate it in negative given the options.

A beach facing property in a very peaceful location. Would like to thank the manager, Dinesh for helping us with all the required arrangements ranging from rental bikes to drop in Railway station..Special mention to the caretaker Juhad who took care n guided us throughout..Giving 9 points cuz there is no tv in the property, other than that it was a 10/10 comfortable stay @Sherly Cottages

Proximity to the beach

View of trash and debris strewn vacant lot with the ocean beyond. We were refused a refund although we left after only one night. The AC was very weak and was not sufficient to adequately cool the room. We left early due to the disappointing property conditions. The price was very low so we learned a lesson on this one. The pictures of the property are deceiving however.
