Eleni Apartments

The apartment was spotless, comfortable bed, very large balcony with sea view and garden view. A very attractive bathroom, roomy with a new jacuzzi bath and shower. Eleni was lovely, friendly and helpful. There was a lovely swimming pool on site and the apartment was a 2 minute stroll to the beach..

Only a minor point, the new bath/shower leaked water onto the floor (Eleni explained she was waiting for the plumber to fix it) and also it was unusual not to have a separate kitchen in the apartment although toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, glasses etc were provided in the hallway and there was an excellent restaurant on site.

Great location, clean apartments, wonderful staff! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Arillas 😊

The exit sign at the front door glows at night (it makes it a little hard for me to sleep, but I’m one of those people who need complete darkness). This probably isn’t an issue for most people.

It's perfect, basic room very clean, comfortable bed. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Location quiet and very easy walk to nearby tavernas. I would highly recommend. Supermarket on site for essentials. Friendly staff. Bar and taverna on site too.

Highly recommend Eleni's apartments. Ours was a 2 bedroomed on the first floor, but there were also a few other apartments or studios on the ground floor if you dont manage steps so well. Eleni herself greeted us on arrival and lives in the apartment next door. Nothing was too much trouble, she's a lovely lady. Beautifully roomy bedrooms and scrupulously clean. Massive bathroom! Biggest I've ever seen when on my hols in Greece. Property is fairly new, and the air con,also being new, was very quiet in use, so we slept well at night (it was really hot at the time).Great wrap around balcony with lovely views to the sea and looking down on Eleni's well maintained pretty garden areas. It was literally 3-4 minutes easy walk down a slight incline to the beach front during which you pass by the complex's little convenience shop. As it forms part of the small family run Kaloudis village, Eleni residents have full access to the 'Splish Splash' bar and pool with free sunbeds and very reasonable prices for drinks and food. All the people we met who were running the complex, the shop and bar/pool were lovely and helpful if you needed to ask for anything. Can't fault this place - it was lovely. We'll definitely return!

Only one small thing (didn't bother me that much in all.honesty) was in the little kitchenette area, which had a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. It had everything you need as far as I am concerned, but there is no actual kitchen sink or cooker hob. I was happy with it myself as I only ever make the odd snack on holiday and I was quite happy to use a bowl of hot water drawn from the bathroom tap to wash up - we only ever had a couple of glasses or cups and a small plate or two if I'd made a sandwich. I do not cook on my hols!! I only mention it as something to be aware of when booking if you were aiming to cook the odd 'proper' hot meal as part of your holiday spend budgeting plans.
