The restaurant staff deserves a huge compliment. They were incredibly friendly and truly went above and beyond to provide a 5-star service

Be aware that this hotel frequently overbooks and forces guests to change rooms. They use standard excuses like 'the previous guests are too sick to leave' or 'the can't fly, because someone broke something' to justify it. We discovered this is a common tactic across their properties, and we were definitely not the only ones facing this problem. To make matters worse, we were traveling with two elderly family members (aged 74 and 76) and were placed in a villa a 20-minute walk up into the mountains, away from the main building. This completely ruined the all-inclusive experience, as we constantly had to wait to be picked up and dropped off just to get something to eat or drink. When we complained, the owner was incredibly rude, raised his voice, and told us to 'stop complaining.' He promised a beach dinner or a pool party as compensation, but these turned out to be empty words—nothing was ever arranged before we left. Avoid this place if you want good service and a hassle-free holiday. We booked an 8-person villa. The villa itself was actually very nice and spacious. Just keep in mind that the two upstairs bedrooms are open (not ideal if you are a light sleeper), and the upstairs shower has a very low ceiling, so you either have to bend down or it's only suitable for small kids.

Πρώτα απ' όλα ευχαριστούμε πολύ την κυρία στην ρεσεψιόν, αν θυμάμαι καλά Ευαγγελία, που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε άνετα στις διακοπές μας και μας βοήθησε με ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Το φαγητό ήταν υπέροχο. Η τοποθεσία τέλεια, πολύ ήσυχο μέρος και η θέα υπέροχη!!! Και τέλος η κρητική βραδιά θα μας μείνει αξέχαστη, ευχαριστούμε πολύ την κυρία Μιράντα που μας διασκέδασε όλους με τους χορούς της!!

Mes grįžome į šį viešbutį antrą kartą, tikrai dar norėsiu sugrįžti, pasitiko administracija labai maloniai ir paslaugiai. Švara, maistas, aplinka labai patiko. Kalnų grožis tiesiog žavėjo kiekvieną dieną. Gaila buvo išvykti.
