Everything was well managed and the staff was lovely! They went out of their way to help us and make our stay as wonderful as possible. The food was also delightful and I feel we got the most out of what we paid for (all-inclusive).

Personnel au top! Surtout une dame brune au cheveux long! Toujours le sourire, réponds aux attentes du client. Je recommande.de les yeux fermés. Nous sommes déjà venus et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

La vue sur la montagne est magnifique. Les repas variés et de qualités. La chambre est moderne, bien équipée et spacieuse.

Les piscines très froides. La piscine intérieur et la salle de sport mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Nous avons pu mettre nos baguages dans notre chambre mais elle n'était pas faite, du coup une mauvaise impression avec les déchets et affaires sales des personnes précédentes...nous sommes partis l'après-midi le temps qu'elle soit faite.

Αν και ήταν καθαρά όταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο, την επόμενη μέρα δεν φρεσκαριστηκε όπως θα έπρεπε. Αρκετά βιάστηκα.

Επισκεπτόμαστε το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο στο Μπαλί σχεδόν κάθε χρόνο και κάθε φορά η εμπειρία μας είναι και καλύτερη. Είναι εντυπωσιακό να βλέπεις έναν χώρο που δεν επαναπαύεται, αλλά αναβαθμίζεται συνεχώς προσφέροντας όλο και ποιοτικότερες υπηρεσίες. Το μεγάλο του πλεονέκτημα, όμως, είναι το προσωπικό του· άνθρωποι ευγενέστατοι, επαγγελματίες και πάντα πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν με το πιο ζεστό χαμόγελο. Κυρια Ρεγγίνα σας ευχαριστούμε!Περνάμε πάντα υπέροχα και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά φιλοξενία υψηλού επιπέδου σε ένα πανέμορφο περιβάλλον.

The beds were really big and incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We arrived quite late, so it was a lovely surprise to find bread, ham, cheese for sandwiches, and even a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. The kitchen is a bit small and the menu doesn’t offer a huge variety, but everything we tried was tasty and well cooked. The staff were very friendly and always helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s definitely great value for money.
