MYMYHonestly, I really loved how close to nature the location is especially when you’re travelling with a four year old. We spent time at the survival park where my child could run freely in the open fields, and also enjoyed the waterpark. It’s not very big, but my kid had such an amazing time there. The highlight for us was definitely the animal island. The animals looked well taken care of and clean, and it was really special seeing my child connect with nature in such a genuine way.
On the downside, the room felt a little dusty. I understand that occupancy may not always be high, but it would make a big difference if rooms were given a quick refresh before check-in especially the bedroom area, including the curtains and bedding. A bit more attention there would really improve the overall comfort. As for breakfast, it was decent but not particularly memorable. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of variety and overall experience.
MY1) The family can stay together in one room. 2) Riverine Splash is fun, and the staff are friendly. 3) The breakfast is delicious. 4) Unlimited complimentary mineral water refills are available, which is convenient for guests since the hotel is far from the city. 5) The view and environment are nice which helps to relax.
1) There are many small ants in the room, even though there is no food. 2) The air conditioner is very noisy. 3) Some of the lights do not work. 4) The bathtub cannot hold water.
