Staff were good.

Location: very far from center, in the middle of nowhere. Most importantly, no sea beach and no sea wave in the whole morning (where sea water receeded 100 meters away from the shore)

I enjoyed my stay and it was beautiful there.

Incredibly peaceful, right by the beach, fantastic pool, and really fantastic food. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing too. I can't recommend Roka Resort highly enough

Gorgeous, big rooms with comfortable beds, lovely staff, beautiful sunsets and good food.

Excellent beach location perfect for a quiet retreat. Fantastic staff. Tasty local food in the restaurant. Superb breakfast. Just fab!

The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were excellent, clean and beautifully furnished. Good to have air con, the blackout curtains were amazing. Evening meals were superb and we loved sitting on the pontoon watching the sun set. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

A little more hot water in the shower, it ran out quite quickly. A few more tea bags and coffee sachets in our room.

Peaceful location, a bit further out from the ferry terminal and the busy parts of Bintan which was ideal for us.

All good beside the service of restaurant staff. Firstday breakfast they forgot to give us fruites and the lady was a bit not friendly for the entire serving during our stay.

Amazing food. Nice secluded location. Cozy small resort. Kayaks and SUPs available and included with the room.

The wifi was a bit shaky
