We liked the accommodation in the scenic and peaceful surroundings. The estate is superb with magnificent trees. The buildings old and new are lovely and very well maintained. The food and wine were delicious , and the staff from reception to dining were outstanding - welcoming, polite, helpful and unobtrusive.

The room was very spacious and well appointed and the view was lovely and quiet. All amenities were obviously top quality such as soaps etc considering the cost. It was a beautiful one night stay.

One of the cups I had to clean as it was dirty. There was also no fan in the bathroom area - unless it wasnt working. The breakfast venue was not well signposted and hard to find. I think the breakfast time could have been more than an hour i.e. 7.30 to 9.30. Felt a bit rushed for such a nice setting.
