Stayed at The Strand Boutique Resort for a few days. The best part for me was definitely the bed — very comfortable and probably the highlight of the stay. The rooms are okay, nothing bad but nothing particularly special either. Food was also just average. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived before check-in time and they managed to prepare the room earlier for me for PHP 1,000 cash, which I appreciated, especially since my booking with breakfast was for two people but my partner could not make the trip in the end. One thing I found a bit disappointing was breakfast coffee policy: regular Americano is included, but if you want an espresso or better coffee, you need to pay extra. The biggest issue during my stay was the huge construction site next door. There was loud hammering almost the whole day, even on Saturday, which made it difficult to relax. Location is not in a nice area, around a 5-minute walk to the beach, but the hotel feels a bit isolated, so you usually need a tricycle/e-trike to go around Boracay. They also advertise a shuttle service into town, but during my stay it was unavailable because the driver was off. Overall, not a bad stay thanks to the comfortable bed and kind staff, but the construction noise and location situation definitely affected the experience. I will not be coming back here.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé ! Literie hyper confortable, suite magnifique, terrasse à l’ombre, jardin magnifique, ambiance zen, superbe piscine et un personnel très très aimable et serviable. La salle des repas est vraiment très belle et les plats sont bons. Nous avons eu la surprise et la chance de voir 2 petits singes hier matin. Plage à 50 m.

This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. We were looking to book a small hotel that’s a bit secluded and quiet, but not too far from the beach. This hotel hit all the marks and more. The staff were amazing. They were polite, professional, and very accommodating with our requests. The room we stayed in was the Penthouse, and it was very spacious for the four of us. The ACs worked perfectly, the beddings and linens were spotless, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The property has lots of greenery, so it feels like a quiet sanctuary in the middle of Boracay. It’s peaceful, quiet, and stays really cool throughout the day. The whole hotel could use some updating, but that doesn’t mean it was neglected, far from it. Just needs little fixes here and there. Aside from that, everything was perfect. It’s a 3-minute walk to the beach and about 10 to 15 minutes to D’Mall. A bit far, but we were able to put in some steps for our pedometers!lol Overall, this hotel was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Boracay. Beautiful scenery, amazing staff and service, spacious rooms, close to beach.

I stayed at The Strand Boutique Resort for three nights (Mar 31–Apr 3) and was truly impressed. The room was spotless, tidy, and carried a fresh, inviting scent that made it feel instantly welcoming. The location was perfect for anyone seeking peace and tranquility—away from the noise, yet close enough to enjoy the essentials. The staff were warm and attentive, making the experience feel personal and genuine. Every detail, from the serene ambiance to the well-kept facilities, reflected thoughtful care. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to return, not just for the comfort, but for the calm it brings.

Absolutely everything. The staff were friendly, accommodating, amazing 😍. Location to Station 1 White Beach juya short stroll away. A quick etrike ride and you are at Station 2.

A beautiful room in a lovely resort in the north end of Station 1 in Boracay. it was exactly the quiet place I was hoping for. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfortable. I found that because of the nature of the room I didn't always require the AC as the room was naturally cool. The swimming pool was beautiful and the property is a very short walk to a quiet part of White Beach. The staff here are second to none.
