The scenery

Chalet was dirty. The heat did not work. it was freezing. Reached out to the office two nights straight .. they insisted someone would come out to fix it. never did. 3 bedrooms n I ended up sleeping on the couch to get heat from the oven . Stained carpet. just horrible. Kitchen sink plumbing was backed up.. dirty sheets

We loved it there it was quiet peaceful. I love the fact that we were in the woods, our 2yr old loved all of the leaves. It was a great experience. Thank You

"Not the worse, but not the best."

Size of the unit.

Laundry machine was broken and was not fixed during our stay. Pool was not open till 9 as per advertisement, it closed at 7. No staff available in the office to answer questions.

my unit 1005 was very bad. stain or spot in the bed sheets. doors closet falling down. the stove doesn't work, venetian blinds look like abandoned house.. very bad experience . carpet in the living room so dirt. .
