Too much broken glass on the beach.

We were here for 5 nights and the first 2 nights we were upgraded to the detached beachfront villa because of construction that was going on. This room was perfect, on the beach and pretty much matched the value that we were expecting. The beach, looked really beautiful but on closer inspection, much like the hotel, things started to fall apart. Perhaps more a reflection of humanity rather than the hotel itself, the water was green with algae, the beach littered and the sand hiding holiday ending chunks of glass, making it very uninviting to use at all. When we moved to the actual room we paid for, we were very disappointed with the value for money. Like most things there, the hotel owners were cutting corners to maximise their profit. I think they thought having a private beach would justify the prices but if they dont look after the beach that tactic falls through. The place seemed like the complacent owners lacked any passion for customer satisfaction. Instead, happy to be providing a bland experience for high prices. The staff were mostly friendly but on arrival one of the staff members made a very rude comment to my wife that didn't go unnoticed. The food and drink was over priced and very average.

Das Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön gewesen.Die Poolanlage und der Außenbeleuchtung sind schön. Ohne eigenes Fahrzeug ist man sehr eingeschränkt da die Anlage weit ab von irgendwelchen Städten/Dörfern ist.

Wir hatten für unser Baby ,1 Jahr , ein Beistellbett angefragt und auch eine Zusage dafür bekommen.Das Beistellbett waren nur zwei Matratzen.

Direkt am privaten Strand! Die Lage ist ziemlich idyllisch. Pool ist super Auch die Spiele wie Tischtennis usw
