Baan Poon Garden

- even the location is near busy road but my stay in this hotel still peaceful and quiet with sitting area in garden which I felt very relax and calm. - Plenty of Parking lot near the hotel - also a plenty of cats, Cats lover may like this 😉 - A/C works very well - the room is clean and comfortable - I had Thai milk tea from the hotel’s restaurant and it was so good. - The roti is tasty too :) must try ! - staffs ans owner are nice and kind.

Comfortable bed, ceiling fan which is a rare find and allowed us to avoid heavy use of A/C, really nice outdoor garden, friendly staff, very good and fluent communication in writing prior to the stay. Value for money was on a higher end.

Construction work in the neighborhood was causing noise past midnight. This is something temporary and is out of owners control. So bear this in mind.

Small room , but staff gave us an extra chair

Terrible, if I had known beforehand that renovation work was taking place here, I would have booked somewhere else. As if the noisy street in front of the house wasn't enough noise, there was hammering, grinding and drilling all day long. The work was still not over at 9.30 p.m. My complaints were dismissed as nothing. Simply terrible how you are treated as a guest here!!!

A pleasant stay with great facilities and comfy bed! It is near everything and was a nice room.
