Pugmarks Jungle Resort

Gopa Varma connected on whatsapp before we checked in and was very kind to provide a set of things we could do both at the retreat and on the way to the retreat - this was super helpful in planning our trip. The resort staff and Shenoj were very accommodating in checking us in late, making sure we have breakfast/ dinner based on our site seeing schedule - the meals were kid friendly, etc... They also suggested things we could do and arranged for the night safari where we saw elephants. Our kids really loved the place.

The flush for the specific room was a little slow - but usable.

The owner of the property has excellent behavior and warm hospitality towards the guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful experience.The staffs were also very good.

This place is not just a resort. It’s a calm, green paradise. Surrounded by nature, fresh air, and the sound of birds, I felt completely relaxed. Every morning, I woke up to beautiful views, enjoyed hot tea in the rain, and felt connected to the nature around me. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were so kind and friendly. They made me feel like family. Every moment was peaceful and filled with joy. A deep feeling of peace that stayed in my heart Kerala is called “God’s Own Country,” and now I know why.

We had a great 3 night stay at the resort. Our room was clean and spacious. The vibe of the place is super relaxed. The staff is very courteous and the service is great. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to connect with nature.

I booked Pugmark Jungle Lodge Resort through Booking.com., and it clearly stated that there was air conditioning, but when I got there, I realized that not only was there no air conditioning in the room, but it was also very hot during the day. (It should also be remembered that the rent for the room is over Rs. 5000) The cleanliness of the room is very poor. There is dirt and dust in many places. Cobwebs are clearly visible in many places in the room, which is very troublesome for allergy sufferers. The staff was very cooperative and the location was good. The food could have been a little more delicious.

The breakfast was nice; however, I would suggest you have some instant coffee around. The coffee was not nice at all. The staff were very courteous and accommodating.

The room was not as big as shown in the photos. I would suggest, turn the AC on an hour before the guest checks in to the tree house, it was like a microwave when we checked in.
