This is my first bad review on Booking.com. I booked two twin rooms, but got two rooms with squeeky single beds. The rooms were much smaller than the twin rooms in the photos. There was rust on some bathroom appliances and the single night lamp lacked the lightbulb. The power sockets near the bed were vobbly and unsafe. I've also specified and confirmed in a chat with the host that one of the rooms will have a balkony. When we arrived we were presented with: "well, the room with the balkony is not available, are you gonna take what rooms we do have available".

Liniștea.

Lipsa apa calda. Căldură.. hârtie igienica la baie.. prosoape... .. wc defect... nefiind căldură, gresia de pe jos îngrozitor de rece.
