Nice mountain view .

In Balcony their is lot of pit narrow holes .bees are coming to eat the insects since we need to rush back to the bedroom to Close the doors to avoid insects, and bees may fly in .But We like Balcony ignoring bees as I was handy with menu cards to flyoff bees . I told the caretaker to seal the holes .looks is silly to them from the impression .very small room, no breathing space .to move around the bed .I like mattrass, which relieves all back pain .Home-made dishes tasty .

The property is nestled among the tea plantation away from the crowd. Great to get up to the birds chirping. The rooms were big and clean with a comfortable bed.

Food could be better. I do recommend the biryani and pepper chicken. South Indian breakfast was also good.

Had a great experience at Hanging Huts resort. The location and the view from the balcony is simply mind blowing. The room are pretty clean, sufficiently specious and with adequate amenities. The surrounding are well maintained with lots of flowers and plants. The way to the resort is amazing with a great sunset view point very close to the property. Highly recommend if you are looking a stay in Kotagiri.

Could have improved on the menu

Location is serene and surrounded with tea estate. Property is well maintained and rooms given you traditional kerala style experience and views are breathtaking. Rooms are well maintained and very clean and comfortable. Property is easily approachable to main road may be 1.5-2km.Breakfast was very good. They take special care of the food menu and ask in advance as what you would like to have and tailor it in line with your expectations. It was like home food for me and i will not go to any restaurant whenever i come to kothagiri. I have found my resort to stay whenever i come next to kothagiri. Give it a try and you will not be dissapointed. Special thanks to owner who was willing to support at each and every instant and wonderful support staff who kept you updated on regular basis and eager to help. Overall a wonderful experience even though it was a short one.

Nothing which i didnt like may be a little more options on breakfast like making some items complementary like Egg/ Bread which is chargeable if you choose south indian menu. I don't see this as a major drawback but this is something which property can think about.
