the location is great. secluded from the town and almost on the edge of a valley. so one can get unrestricted views. also can walk around in the tea estate adjoining the hanging huts. as conveyed to the team at hanging huts, while balcony and washrooms have abundant space somehow the room feels small esp when you travel with kids. food is good though limited in choices but that we saw is a trend across kotagiri.

especially the location and the view. also the property is very well maintained and helpful staff

Location is good, it's peaceful and not crowded. It is a nice place to just relax and do nothing else. The kitchen staff are very good at what they do, food prepared was tasty.

Complimentary Breakfast is limited. They have the same menu with limited no. of items. So if you are staying for more than 1 day you will be eating the exact same items again. Food is costly even for simple items like curd rice and roti. Managing staff did not pick up the phone whence we called for services, we have to go out and ask someone to please answer the phone. That was ridiculous.
