Jungle Bell Resort

The location and tidiness of the resort are something to be appreciated. It is very well decorated with spacious rooms and enough space for car parking!

Although the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, the staff's friendliness and professionalism made up for it.

The entire resort seemed nice and well-maintained. The staff were very cooperative and helpful.

We arrived a little late at night, and mutton kasa was not available at that time.

Location, hotel outside decor are good. Potentially a good place if proper services and amenities are provided.

Service very poor. Basic things like towel, glass, bucket, soap etc were not provided and were supplied after repeated requests. Food - was not always provided as ordered. Restaurant tables etc were not cleaned regularly.

Ambience is very good, staffs are very polite. The location is also very good. Foods are fresh and of good quality.

TV did not have running plan. Considering after sun set there is not much to do viewing tv can be helpful.

Proximity to railway station. They also provided facility for charging electric scooter.

Behaviour of staff was the biggest issue. They refused to even give fresh towels every day. Next was response to complaints. Wi-Fi was not working and issue was not resolved inspite of reminding on multiple occasions throughout my 7 day stay. Food was very oily and overpriced compared to other options nearby.
