Breakfast service was exceptional, pool is beautiful, use of all the properties. Semi- private pool (thought it was private)(too cold too use)

Limited dinner options, wifi did not allow us to work from our room. TVs need an upgrade (smart tvs) Limited English

The view and the cleanliness. Amazing breakfast!

From the 1st evening we arrived and saw the view from our room, we were excited for our stay. We woke early the next morning and watched the sunrise from our bed. Breakfast was so good, catering for every option and it never got boring during our 10 stay. Staff here, at reception, the spa, and at the beach were fantastic and added to our whole experience. We visited the spa on the one day it rained, and i had the best massage I've ever had. Staff at the Spa were wonderful. We booked at Elias on Opa night and had such a fun night with the traditional greek music and dancing and delicious buffet. We were thankful every day, sitting by the beach and the tranquillity of the exclusive beach and surrounding areas. Our trip exceeded our expectations, and we have had so much interest from family and friends who have seen our photos. We will definitely be back.

If we had to be picky, then the shower in our Porto Sea view room was not 5 star quality. We were surprised given everything met 5 star expectations. It was small and not a power shower. Not a negative, but there were two routes to walk down to the beach, along with the caddy lift. But we only found the quicker and more scenic walk by accident. A map highlighting this at the start of our stay would have been useful. Neither of the above would deter us from reccomending or booking again.

Everything really!! Great location, lovely beaches and location for getting to different areas especially Elounda town!!

Some maintenace areas in our room needed improving for such a high profile hotel it was very poor, better black out curtains needed!!

The sunrise q n facilities Ns restaurant amazing it was hard ro find though you need more signage with arrows hi out sat nav took us via mountains an ir was quit scary an we couldn’t get down to resort into you need more signs with arrows

Sehr gute Lage , toller Strand , toller Pool, Shuttle Service incl. wenn man mag . Taxi nach Elounda Hafen psch 10 Euro, empfiehlt sich zum Diner, da im Hotel doch hochpreisiger, aber man will ja auch mal was anders sehen. Unbedingt Zimmer mit Pool nehmen, sehr klasse. Liegen am Strand und Pool (liegt beides zusammen) auch kein Problem, incl Service ! Alles sehr nett , ganz tolle Anlage und super kleiner Strand . Es hat an nichts gefehlt , wir kommen wieder.
