Jetwing Vil Uyana, A Luxury Reserve

We booked a private Villa with private pool and jacuzi. It was as requested. There was a bit access to the street and people from one corner, but they managed to block it with a blanket for more privacy It’s expensive but worth the money

Staff was wonderful. How incredible Dissa was and how he went over and above every step of our experience to ensure we had the most amazing time there. Dissa made the stay incredible.

Great aesthetics and touch to the place, massage ladies can be better trained for better value for money.

I liked the property, the staff were gorgeous - and the location was quite stunning landscape. My feeling was the actual property was more 3/4 star - i think I was over priced for what it was. The staff were extremely sweet, but it was a bit chaotic for a 5 star hotel. Extremely slow service, but from very very lovely people. Lots of power cuts, card machines didn’t work, no yoga mats in the gym, no one to meet you at the gate - we came back from a sunset hike up Lion Rock, and we had to walk in the dark through the estate, which was not very well lit and there is a crocodile (and a wild elephant was roaming around scaring the locals say on our second night)

Compared to the price the room was a bit “old”, WiFi completely absent (in case of personal emergency)

Das Essen im Restaurant ist selbst für europäische Verhältnisse recht teuer, erfüllt aber dann die Erwartungen bei weiten nicht. Verglichen mit allen anderen Restaurants unserer Reise war dies die durchschnittlichste Erfahrung. Da man sehr weit ausserhalb der Ortschaft ist, lässt sich eine Konsumation hier leider schlecht vermeiden. Die angebotenen Loris- und Wildlife Touren waren auch Tage voraus schon ausgebucht. Das Personal war nett, aber eher mittelmässig kompetent und engagiert.
