The staff were nice. The view from the room was incredible!

The carpet was old, it felt unclean. It was uncomfortable to take a shower. Not enough towels. Limited breakfast choices. The pillows were not enough. There was no pool as promised overall very disappointed.

Very interesting place, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely return!

Interior design

Nice location, interesting building and surrounding. Close to the centre and the beach.

Total fraud with booking in advance. The room we booked had to be with a balcony and at least 26 square metres but when we arrived we were told that all rooms are sold out and only room is a super tiny room, maximum 10 square meters. There was noone who could speak English. So we managed to speak a bit Russian and a used Google translate to understand each other. The man at the desk offered us this tiny and very tired looking room with higher price as we had booked a normal room there. No excuses and the only explanation was that this price, at which we had booked was too low and nobody pays that low price, despite the fact that such a price was in Booking.com. As it was late night when we arrived, we had no other option to stay, so we just had to accept this. If the guy at the desk had apologised or offered a price reduction, it could be understandable.

New and clean

Great hotel for a short stay. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Special thanks to the breakfast staff who prepared it separately for my child. I will definitely stay again

It can be noisy due to celebrations on the other side of the canal.
