Auntie Bett's - Cosy Double Bedded Ensuite Room with Mini Kitchen

The accommodation was small but well appointed Everything you needed for a short stay other than food was supplied The owner was a lovely lady couldn’t have been more helpful It’s in a quiet spot on an adult only site Bus stop outside the gates Communication via car also good Lots to see around the area

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. The place was very clean with lovely bed linen and towels. The honesty shop was great as meant that you could get most things you needed on site without having to leave. The kitchen was very well equipped, it even had an air fryer!

Not a complaint, but as the place was small, I don't think all the furniture was needed. The table and sofa were squeezed in, so you couldn't use them comfortably, and it made the space tight to walk around and to store your things such as suitcases, shoes etc.

It was quiet and the kitchen facilities were well appointed and it was nice to have been left some provisions in the mini fridge freezer like a bottle of wine and fruit scones and a tub of clotted cream

The room and bathroom was a bit cramped but you could use the supplementary kitchen if necessary. It is quite a long way from Kingsbridge if you walk.

Booked this as a last minute getaway, could not be more pleased. The room was perfect and had all the facilities you could want- cozy bed, fantastic kitchen setup, a little sofa and dining area, and even a little garden area (we didn't really utilise it however). For the size of it I was shocked but very pleased. The addition of having the app which tells you absolutely anything there is to know about the place, and other things in the area, I thought was really handy and a great thing to have. Location was also great for us, plenty around to do and not too far to get anywhere. I think it's worth mentioning that you have to go through some tight lanes to get here, or really anywhere in the area so it could be good to keep that in mind. Overall great value for money and I would definitely return for another stay!

I thought everything about the place was great, but one thing I could maybe suggest would be a slightly higher fence in the garden area as it wasn't very private.

Everything was perfect and the little extras that were already there were lovely especially the lovely flowers. Many thanks for a lovely 5 night break in Devon.
