La communication avant le séjour était fluide. Notre logement était très confortable et calme. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. (Bukit pool suit) La gentillesse du personnel du restaurant et de l’entretien, restaurant et petit déjeuner très bons. Cadre idyllique.

En règle général, pour un resort, certains éléments n’étaient pas à la hauteur. Pas de savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain, mobilier vieillissant (bukit pool suit) avec moisissures au plafond, petit déjeuner de nos voisins resté par terre 24h devant nos portes, ce qui attirait des blattes dans la suite le soir.

We had a beach villa and it was very spacious with a large balcony with seaview and a little garden. Also a very nice half open bathroom. The villa had its own water dispenser so you always had as much cool drinking water as you wanted...very nice in a country where you can't drink tapwater. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. All the waiters and the reception staff are so friendly, they really make you feel like a VIP guest. The food in the restaurant is also very good. In the evening they put the tables on the little beach (weather allowing) so you can have dinner next to the sea. Very nice!

Sehr schöne Anlage und Villen mit viel Platz. Die Angestellten insbesondere im Service sind unglaublich freundlich und interessiert. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Dedy, Indra und Salmon.
