While our stay was marred by the awful service, it's important to acknowledge that the hotel itself is stunning. The renovation is beautifully done, maintaining the charm and heritage of the old winery. The grounds are impeccably kept, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a pleasant environment. We also had the opportunity to dine at the Michelin-starred restaurant attached to the hotel. While it was made clear by the hotel staff and the service that they have no affiliation, we have to give credit where it's due, it was hands down one of the best meals and service we’ve ever experienced. It's just unfortunate that the experience at the hotel itself was so overshadowed by the lack of hospitality.

1. The hotel is located quite far from the town center, about a 15-minute taxi ride away. Keep in mind that getting a taxi can be challenging, and the hotel staff is unhelpful in arranging one. It might be a good idea to rent a car if you plan to stay here 2. Aside from two staff members, an older friendly lady who seemed to be the owner or manager and a young man, the rest of the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It’s hard to overstate just how uncomfortable and tense the atmosphere was because of their behavior. It was as if they resented having to assist guests at all. We encountered this attitude repeatedly, especially when we canceled a planned experience due to extra costs that they failed to mention. Once we made that decision, the staff's attitude completely shifted, and it was painfully obvious they were displeased. The way they treated us after that felt like retaliation, and the whole situation became awkward and uncomfortable. It seemed as though they were more interested in making a profit from guests rather than offering genuine hospitality, especially given that they likely took a cut from the experiences. Their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made it clear they were far more concerned about their own interests than providing any form of customer service. It was just another example of how the overall experience was soured by the staff. 3. As mentioned earlier, when we needed a taxi, the staff refused to assist in arranging one for us. Instead, they gave us a random number to call. Every time we asked for help, they rolled their eyes and clearly seemed annoyed to assist. Considering this is a hotel frequented by tourists, it’s unclear what kind of service they expect to provide 4. One day, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant. It was 1:40 PM, and the receptionist reluctantly informed us that the kitchen closes at 2:30 PM.

La struttura, ogni dettaglio è curato e allo stesso tempo tutto è perfettamente calato nel contesto. La Colazione, lo staff attento e disponibile, la spa esclusiva.

La palestra, per quanto piccola, sarebbe godibile. Tuttavia i macchinari sono vecchi e non perfettamente funzionanti. Inoltre è sfornita di asciugamani e acqua, e non viene regolarmente sistemata.

From the time we stepped onto the property to the time we left we loved it all. Wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back.
