So, there’s no room service or TV in rooms. Not meant for old parents who just want to relax. Totally not worth the money. As soon as we reached, we were asked to head for lunch. We saw other tables that came after us get served earlier. Our lunch was purposely delayed to compensate delays in giving us our room. They made up reasons for not giving us a room immediately, made us wait for almost 2 hours. We reached at lunch, and had to leave by tea time. Thanks to my timely action, we went to Kumarokam Lake resort nearby and we were in our room in 20 mins, despite booking with the front desk just a while back. The delays in our stay were blamed on a faulty fan, but seems more like someone extended their stay and the property didn’t have a spare room. They were even planning to send us to a room that we didn’t book, clearly a cheaper one, for the time being. Would never go to any of their other properties.

A great hotel to relax and enjoy the backwater area of Kerala. Lot activities and amenities are available. Sivani at the reception was really helpful and professional.
