View from the room was amazing 🤩

Everything was prefect :)

Loved the location away from the busy villages yet near enough to get to the main attractions. The view of the Caldera was possibly the best in the island and sunset from the terrace to our room was queue-worthy

Felt the bathrooms could have been better equipped

Pool is a lot smaller than we expected and we just couldn’t enjoy spending time there. It turns into a dinner place later in the evenings so you cannot have a nice pool experience during the late afternoon hours. The view is ruined by a road just under the pool. So this is not really an infinity pool as suggested on the pictures. We noticed not many people spend time there which is understandable. We ended up going to a different hotel for their pool and Caldera view. So that says it all I think… Not many rooms in this hotel have a good view which is something you cannot gauge by looking at their pictures. At arrival, we were made to show the card that we paid with. Because I didn't have it with me they said we cannot check in the hotel and they have to cancel the reservation and I have to make a new payment. This all looked quite suspicious. I have been to many hotels around the world but they have never asked me to make a new payment and cancel my reservation. The manager was rude and quite adamant we need to cancel our original reservation. It just didn't feel right... Management is very arrogant and not helpful at all. This adds up to the poor experience we had there. On the bright side, the breakfast was up to standard and well delivered by the restaurant staff (you can have it served to your room which is quite convenient). Also, there is a spacious parking on the spot. In conclusion, apart from the breakfast and parking, the rest was not up to the standard one can expect.

Too expensive for the value

Amazing place with stunning view of caldera. Very peaceful. Great service. Interesting architecture. They offer us an update of the room. And even brought a nice cake for my son birthday.
