Pobyt ogólnie oceniamy pozytywnie. Personel był miły i pomocny, a hotel ma świetną lokalizację – praktycznie przy samej plaży. Basen jest bardzo fajny, szczególnie dla dzieci, a strefa dla najmłodszych również zrobiła na nas dobre wrażenie.

Niestety w pokoju było bardzo gorąco. Klimatyzacja nie działała prawidłowo – zgłosiliśmy problem w recepcji, po czym przez kilka godzin działała lepiej, ale później ponownie przestała chłodzić. Sam standard wykończenia hotelu również mógłby być lepszy. Minusem był także brak jasnych informacji dotyczących godzin śniadań, obiadów i kolacji. Większość informacji trzeba było za każdym razem dopytywać w recepcji lub u obsługi. Mimo tych niedogodności pobyt był udany, jednak warto byłoby poprawić działanie klimatyzacji oraz komunikację z gośćmi.

Okolica, bliskość do morza, bardzo dobre śniadania, czystość całego obiektu, duży balkon.

-W pokoju 403 totalnie skrzypiąca rozkładana sofa. Byliśmy z niemowlakiem, kiedy usnął wieczorem a my siedząc na sofie oglądaliśmy tv, wstając z niej dziecko potrafiło się przebudzić bo tak skrzypiała. -Jak na tak duży budynek i liczbę pokoi w części Resortowej dostępne są tylko dwie windy, ze względu na to że byliśmy z niemowlakiem i wózkiem nieraz staliśmy po 10min przed windą gdyż jeździły pełne w kółko. -Parawany płatne, leżaki płatne, wszędzie gdzie byliśmy do tej pory były dostępne bez opłaty. -Mały basen i tylko dwa jacuzzi-jak nie było pogody to basen jacuzzi jak i grota solna zapełnione totalnie. Byliśmy przed sezonem a już było sporo ludzi, w sezonie musi być jeszcze ciekawiej… -Największy absurd to cena za parking prawie 100zł/doba… jak ktoś jest totalnym Januszem można zaparkować przed szlabanem hotelu „na dziko” w błocie przy lesie.
