"było dobrze, ale po takim standardzie hotelu spodziewałem się więcej"

bardzo miły personel; czysto w pokoju; opcja wody z automatu na korytarzu - mogła by być choć na powitanie butelka w pokoju, tak jak w wielu hotelach; smaczne śniadanie. Super: basen, sauna a najwspanialszą rzeczą której nie spotkałem dotychczas w hotelach było pomieszczenie z tężnią solankową - wygodne podgrzewane leżaki; z pokoju mogłem skorzystać dużo wcześniej bo był już gotowy.

Przyjechałem do hotelu z prośbą o dodanie do pokoju drugiej osoby ( bo mialem wykupiony pokój dla jednej - musiały panie dzwonić do działu rezerwacji a tam obliczały czy zastanawiały się przez 15 min ile to może kosztować ; już nie brakowało abym podziękował i poszedł "z marszu" do innego hotelu; w pokoju była odpadająca futryna drzwi; nie jest dobrze wyciszony pokój ( drzwi i okna); natomiast największą porażką jak dla mnie była obiadokolacja ( bardzo mały wybór dań) - w takiej klasie hotelu spodziewałem się trochę lepszego standardu - hotele 3* w których bywałem miały dużo lepsze i bardziej urozmaicone dania.
