Sarth Ayurveda Retreat and Wellness Centre

This property is at a very quiet and secluded place in between Amboli ghat and Sawantwadi. Very serene. We had a very lovely stay. Lawrence and the team were very helpful. It was indeed a well needed break for us and the team absolutely ensured we had a good time. Yoga session was also very nice and the ayurveda wellness sessions were also very rejuvunating for us.

We had 3N/2D stay at this wonderful location in the lap of eco-lush greenery western ghats. Right from entrance gate you get the Ambience of Traditional Yogic eco-cultural center. All staff members were cordial and attentive and make you feel at ease. Rooms are superb with good facility and Bathrooms is alcious and equiped with quality fixtures and branded fittings. Instructor has deep insight of yogic kriya and his way of practising it make you feel comfortable. 5. Swimming pool is nicely maintained. 6. Restaurant vegetarian food was delicious and satvic in nature. 7. Amenities for recreational activity like badminton, Table Tennis, Carrom. 8. Acacia plantation and tracking path for morning and evening walk make you feel good.

1. Even though they talk about satvic food but still onion and garlic is used. 2. Difficulty in finding location as GPS location points different direction away from their location.

Place is surrounded by greenery ..available veg. Food. Good.place for relexation.
