We booked this place after seeing it on Instagram as it looked amazing! This place isn’t a 5* hotel nor does it pretend to be. It is a super comfy & peaceful place to stay. People complaining about the bugs maybe need to remember where it is located. We only found a couple of bugs in our room which didn’t bother us. We took snacks & a few drinks with us after reading the reviews. However, they do have a couple of beers & fizzy pop plus snacks you can purchase. The dinner included was very tasty & we opted for a floating breakfast in the pool. Breakfast is included but floating breakfast is extra but well worth it. The facilities are very good & the staff are really helpful. The jacuzzi was so warm & the projector with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime worked well. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the steep slope you have to walk up. We loved our stay here & would book it again.

All meals included was very nice because of the location getting food at another location would have been difficult.

There was a large beetle in our bed when we first removed the covers, which gave me the shivers the rest of the night.

Room was great and the view is amazing.

In the middle of nowhere. Nothing is in walking distance. You have a whatsapp chat with the hotel where you need to say in advance what you want for breakfast and dinner. Options are limited

Amazing view. Incredible food (breakfast and dinner included) - try the ayam bakar nyat nyat batur!!! We were upgraded to a room with private pool at check in. The staff are so attentive and sweet and the room itself was the nicest we have ever stayed in!

Private pool and spa were 10/10. Could not have asked for anything more
