One staff member was very happy to help.

Bugs 🐜 on the walls and in my bed. Hot tub unfortunately took a long time to heat and really never got too hot. The person at reservations was not helpful and quite rude. I would not stay here again.

The location entry is bit weird but rooms and views are amazing. Food was great dinner & breakfast both. Spa / massage rates are reasonable.projector in the room too. Filtered water available.

I assumed that I will get the room with net in the balcony - the reason I booked this place but the room allocated was without net and jacuzzi in the balcony. The ad didn't show that. It was jacuzzi on top and net in the balcony. So bit disappointed. Reception area is average. Need maintainace.
