Eagle River Inn and Resort

The front desk staff were wonderful!! Very friendly and helpful with local establishments. The location was also very beautiful!

The hostess at the restaurant was a bit snooty when we asked about reservations. We didn't end up eating at the restaurant at the Inn. Otherwise, our stay was great!!

The location was great. A picturesque view of the river.

The room was super musty and damp. The A/C unit was so loud and would run for 10 seconds and shut off only to restart another two minutes later. There was hair on the bathroom walls and the ceiling was stained with rust or mold? The light switch near the room sink was missing screws and was not flush to the wall. The pool area was clean but the smell of chlorine made your eyes water it was so strong. The rest of the motel had an unpleasant smell as well.
