Really liked the fact that some staff was helpful and helped. Especially the guy from the kitchen who didn't hesitate to book cabs for me every day. The guy from management who did all his possible to get water.

Breakfast was supposed to be buffet but we had to order and it took time to prepare. The fruits salad served which was supposed to be fresh was smelling very awful. Hair was found in food. In spite of mentioning clearly no spicy food each time spicy food was served to us. Uncooked chicken was served to my kid And upon informing we were informed that the tandoor was cold. food was horrible. Not worth the price. Upon arrival my luggage was left in the patio without informing me that it was left outside. Only after I step out to enquire that I found by luggage outside. ( the luggage was in reception as room was being prepared for check in. The luggage guy informed they would bring it ). TV would not work. We were not able to watch TV. Water issues. Everyday water would stop falling.we had to call reception and request for z same. Then after 1hr to 2hrs we would get water back in washroom and bathroom. The patio tables was not cleaned by the staff, I had to do it every day. Dirty Plates and crockery was left for very long hours and overnight before being picked by room services. If u stay on ground floor then it's hell if u have kids. During my stay every single night there was loud noises of moving furnitures coming from upstairs. Inspite of informing the same several times to reception it would not stopped. Running loudly and laughing and yelling very loudly in z patio near our door waking up kid. We have to request room service to clean z room and change towels and bedsheets. No lift available. If u travel with kid or elderly it's an issue.

We recently spent a weekend at Pushpa Vatika in Panvel and had an amazing time. The resort is exceptionally well-managed and perfect for families. One of the biggest advantages for us was its proximity—just a 20-minute drive from our home. The rooms were spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities. They also provide an extra mattress if requested. The pool was spacious, and the jacuzzi was a great addition. We enjoyed some poolside drinks which were very well prepared. Later, we visited the café for tea, coffee, and snacks—everything was delicious, especially the tea! Although the resort doesn’t serve liquor, you’re allowed to bring your own, and the staff helps with accompaniments, which was a nice touch. The starters were tasty, and the dinner and breakfast buffet had a wide variety of well-cooked dishes. The overall ambience of the resort is cosy, serene, and ideal for family getaways. Starting the day with a peaceful morning walk on the lawn was just perfect. Highly recommended for relaxing and enjoyable family outing!

There was really nothing to dislike. The only thing I wish I had known earlier is that they provide extra mattresses—had I known, I wouldn’t have booked a separate room for my brother, who didn’t end up coming. That would have saved me the extra cost.

Everything was wonderful. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. I had a 2 year old baby, and had made some special food requests, all of which were delivered smoothly. My only negative experience was the mosquitoes which were just too many.

This was so close to Navi Mumbai. Very good experience at checkin and room allotment. The staff was extra good. The restaurant setting was nice. We had taken our pet dog Shadow and we felt at home. There were ample.lawns and also the swimming pool Rooms were comfortable. All.im all.a great place.
