Private, spacious, big pool, good service

A bit far from the beach so you need a car.

Amazing outside area, nicely maintained pool and very good cleaning staff. Has everything required to cook nice meals, including a BBQ!

Everything was pretty good. Location is not super central but taxis are cheap.

要去華欣一點都不簡單，千挑萬選下揀咗呢間 見個價錢咁吸到！ 我地九個人，屋主溝通後話2人房，如果要開多間房就要俾多1000泰銖一晚，不過無所謂啦！ 有客廳、大廚房，泳池，門口就有便利店 當然有車就最好，值得推薦嘅Villa

The pool was great and the majority of the rooms were very nice. It was nice to have a kitchen we could use as well. The owner responded to requests promptly and the staff were very nice.

When we arrived the kitchen area had dead cockroaches that hadn’t been cleaned away. One of the rooms does not have an en-suite and has to use the bathroom off the kitchen. It is a good shower but has a urinal in the shower (very strange!) There was issues with the AC not working in a few rooms which got seen to immediately but one never really worked correctly. The showers in a few rooms had bad pressure and sprayed in many directions.

Very glad that we discovered this rare gem in the neighbourhoods of Hua Hin! Privacy is excellent given that we had the whole place to ourselves, the rooms (i.e. mini villas) are standalone and each has its own bathroom which is perfect for those looking for privacy within their travel group! The rates are determined by the number of guests indicated in the booking, the host will open sufficient rooms (2 pax per room) and the rest will be locked so that you won't have to share the common facilities with strangers! The rooms are adequately sized and the common spaces are pretty huge! There are multiple seating areas for hanging out and the swimming pool is definitely big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably! The porch area also has space to park ~4 vehicles! And of course, service was great! There are 1-2 on-site housekeepers during the day but they might not speak fluent English, thankfully the host was responsive and willing to help with anything she could! :)

The location is quite secluded but definitely not an issue if you have a car! There were insects and ants on some of the bed linen as well, understandable given the location but would be great if there's housekeeping service to solve such issues! Hot water supply was intermittent so hopefully that could be fixed as well! Lastly, the BBQ food may not be the most fantastic but it was okay for the price and convenience! :)
