Location, food, premium spirits, entertainment & piano bar.

Tiny bits of wear & tear with facilities. Nothing that spoilt the holiday. Food, premium spirits, opening hours of bars and piano bar all make up for it.

Beautiful room and everything you needed for a very relaxing stay. The staff couldn’t do enough for you.

The shower in our room could do with updating, maybe a shower screen instead of the curtain to stop water escaping onto on the floor.

N/A - ruined by billing experience

The hotel has billed over $1000 dollars over and above the Booking.com fee I paid. They have not been responsive at explaining why they have billed my card with these extra amounts.
