According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. O anfitrião ter deixado os eletrodomésticos disponíveis foi de grande valia, além do quarto ser aconchegante e a vista da varanda para a floresta também é muito boa e mais privativa.

"Prefira o flat oficial"

O local é excelente. Estrutura nota dez. Piscina e áreas externas muito bem cuidadas. Lugar limpo. Familiar. E o pier com restaurante no fundo do hotel ( Rio Preguiças) é um ponto a parte.  Tudo simplesmente maravilhoso! Atendimento excelente de todos os funcionários. Meu arrependimento foi ter comprado de um flat particular. Embora tenha sido mais barato , o apto 614 Mandacaru não dispunha de roupas de cama no nível do flat oficial. Nem troca diária de toalhas.  Na cama havia um lençol preto cheio de bolinhas e apenas um lencolzinho azul claro velho pra se cobrir. Tivemos que cobrir com as colchas das camas de solteiro beliche que tinham ao lado da cama de casal. Nao tinha tbém produtos de higiene pessoal básicos gratuitos. Quando comprei, atraída pelo preço menor, não me atentei a isso. Ao perguntar na recepção sobre coberta e troca de toalhas fui informada que por ser particular não havia obs do proprietário autorizando. Então se pra vc chegar cansada e encontrar uma cama com roupas adequadas e toalhas trocadas, o apto 614 Mandacaru talvez não seja a melhor opção.  Se pra vc vale a economia, então ok.  Avalie e coloque no papel os prós e contras. O café tem um custo de 55reais por pessoa e vale muito a pena. Muito completo. Pagamos direto no restaurante toda manhã, pois o flat particular não contempla café e tbem por isso é mais barato. Os restaurantes locais tbem tem um excelente serviço e preço semelhante aos da cidade. Gostamos muito. Resumindo: o Gran Lençóis flat residence é excelente, mas se for comprar de flat particular avalie bem os itens que estão inclusos no oficial e no particular para não exigir algo depois que não foi comprado.
