Location

The way breakfast was served.They had no common table for buffet breakfast and no staff to supervise. Breakfast was very badly organised. Even basic facilities like kettle was only provided on request

Had a great time at Cherai Beach Palace. Service was exceptional especially Nikhil and Chotu. Location is really good, room was also good. Surely gona come back to same property diring our next visit to Cherai. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Cherai Beach Palace! The manager and staff were incredibly attentive and looked after us all so well — nothing was ever too much trouble. The property is right on Cherai Beach, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea views. There are also plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay in Cherai!

The only small issue we noticed was that the hot water supply was a bit limited at times, though this may be something common across Cherai rather than specific to the property. It certainly didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay — just something to be aware of.
