Food, Resort ambience, Location

Room spaces and Temperature controlled swimming pool was not working. Rest Room's for drivers were very bad. Food for drivers not good.

online booking is a mess, be prepared for last minute cancellations, even when you reached the hotel and paid the price of the room, booking doesn't match with the voucher recieved, no co-ordination of the hotel with the online booking marketplace

online booking experience, trained hotel staff, threaten to cancel the booking.

the cottages are beautiful and spacious. property is well maintained and courteous staff.

it was raining and we could not enjoy the campfire not the coffee trail. Bakery items could have been added in the morning breakfast
