Everything is great! We had a really great experience during the stay. Each staff member is very polite with hospitality and friendly. Our concierge is Ms.Shaff, she is really great. All inclusive and some activities are for free, these are great value for the price, especially we were really excited about the dolphin cruise and snorkeling. All of tour staff is also really great and Mr. Altho is an excellent captain of tour staff. Lastly, the ocean is amazing. It was the most beautiful ocean that we have ever seen.

-у отеля хороший вход в воду, берег чистят, песок белоснежный -виллы в целом комфортные, достаточно новые -персонал, с кем мы дружили весь год после первой поездки, это Намаль, шеф Мохамед, Сейлиш и Че на баре у основного бассейна, еще многие кто помогал и пытался делать отдых комфортнее, наш амбассадор Мади, который максимально пытался все исправить и сделать хорошо, за что им огромное спасибо. Очень жаль, что администрация отеля явно делает акцент на экономию, а тому персоналу, кому не все равно на гостей приходится пытаться это как-то компенсировать, хотя возможностей у них не сильно много. -прогулка на мант/акул. Они прекрасны и удалось увидеть этих прекрасных жителей океана. Организация была на уровне -безумно красивые рифы, морская жизнь, кораллы, черепахи, рыбы просто вау, обязательно на снорклинг.

В отеле 2й раз за 2 года: Питание(система все включено): - еды в основном ресторане вроде много, но практически все блюда очень острые - европейцам есть практически нечего, выбирали практически одно и то же: типа жареной курицы, тунца и макарон. Вернулся из отпуска после 12 дней -4кг, для кого-то это может и плюс, но, к сожалению, это был скорее результат так себе питания, чем поставленная цель. На третий день получил пищевое отравление - 2 дня погибал со всеми характерными отравлению проявлениями. Неплохо отработал персонал и мед часть, но после всех событий просто развели руками со словами бывает... -алкоголь безлимитный, все что входит в бесплатное меню самое простое: 2-3 вида столового вина, простейшее игристое, виски блэк лэбел это максимум, что вы сможете получить без доп платы. -с фруктами беда, папайя как редкий праздник и то надо было выпрашивать. Из доступных были яблоки, бананы, апельсины( все, что есть на родине в свободном доступе круглый год), манго тоже в дефиците. Сходили в ресторан Тепаньяки, заказали из меню мясной сет со стейком вагю, шли только ради него, Принесли 2 суши, мини порция салата чука, напиток, далее жарили рис с овощами, курицу на гриле, 2 ребра пистолетика просто микроскопических размеров и 1 кусок очень странного мяса, которое не имело никакого отношения к вагю. Взяли за это 260$ за 2х. На вопрос почему происходит такой беспредел: менеджер с грустью ответил, что вагю в этом году завезти не удалось. Резюме: во второй раз с питанием все обстояло хуже, чем в первый, разнообразие уменьшилось, алкоголь вообще упростили до самого базового уровня. Отель явно начал экономить сильнее на еде и разнообразии продуктов. Сервис: где-то достойно, где-то, например в баре у бассейна только для взрослых - очень лениво. Сделали управляющему замечание через неделю: результатом стало показное шоу, где вокруг нас бегало 2 официанта с бесконечной чередой коктейлей, которые мы не просили. НО, при этом остальных гостей продолжили игнорировать

The room was fantastic and would recommend the beach villas with a pool. The settings, wildlife, people and facilities were all excellent including the watersports. Our guest relations contact "Adam" was excellent and arrange everything we need including special items such as a floating breakfast, excursions, restaurant bookings and a birthday dinner on the beach.

The buffet section was a little limited, the same every day and a bit too lukewarm for my liking. The food in the other resturants was good however they were very complicated in ingredients and taste. I think they were just trying to hard.

We have stayed at the hotel first in February 25 and came back in February 26 for 7 nights? because we had a pleasant first experience. The island is great size and the hotel is not to big, nor old. No algae, water is crystal clear. Great vegetation. Last year we were not very happy with the food diversity, specifically lack of dishes closer to european cuisine in Aqua Orange buffet . This time the situation has improved and the menu was more diverse and we always found something good. I want to mention here pasta and grill chef Khalifa, always smiling and doing a great job. We didn’t go to the other 2 restaurants because last year we were disappointed. What has changes though is most of the waiters and the service is worse, they are either understaffed or not well trained because the waiting time was sometimes 15 min to get a tea. First time the waiters knew our preferences and were very quick. First time we had an ALL package, this time we went for a Full Board. We decided to pay separately for drinks and alcohol and the prices are okay, nothing wild. If you are not really into alcohol, you may want to consider Full Board. We found the cocktails from Chemistry bar better than those from the other bar. We were happy to see Chaw and Sailesh again, they were very attentive to our preferences and simply made us feel welcome. The cleaning was also very good, twice a day with still water supply. The hotel has started doing entertainment programs, but very discreet, you can ignore them if you are not interested.

It started a little rocky because instead of a 40 min plane transfer, we has almost 2 hours or back and forth - a seaplane that would go in circles on the water and not taking off, then landing at another hotel and asking us to wait for a boat without explanations, then asking us to board again and dropping us at another hotel and finally arriving after 10 min on speedboad. Needless to say that it was difficult after a long distance flight. The manager apologised saying it happened because seaplane had not enough fuel. We decided to let it go. On departure day our transfer was arranged for 15:30 but was delayed until 17:00, which is not a bad thing. However, our ambassador Shariyaan didn’t inform us until I asked what’s up, this would’ve helped us plan better our last hours at the resort rather than just waiting for the plane. Also, he didn’t come to say goodbye like our other ambassador last year. Another unpleasant moment was that on the day of checkout, the lunch was not included. We were only informed about it after we ate (110 USD for 2). The year before we had lunch without paying extra so we didn’t anticipate this. These moments didn’t ruin the holiday but would’ve improved our experience.

We stayed in a beach villa on the lagoon side - the beach and water is spectacular and peaceful. It’s nice having a personal plunge pool surrounded by mangroves, although we did have some noisy neighbours which was a bit annoying. The attentiveness and attitudes of the staff was a highlight - everybody is so friendly and kind. We want to especially thank Muna from the main restaurant and Pradeep from Grouper Grill for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The concept of every guest having an ambassador who takes care of their stay worked really well. We’ve stayed at other places in the Maldives and think that this hotel really stood out for us in its customer service and attentiveness.

Overall our experience was very positive and we’d love to come back, but if we were nitpicking these would be our feedback points. Although was glad to experience the seaplane, it would be a deterrent for returning as there’s a lot of waiting around and making stops at other hotels which added a lot of time to the journey. (We landed at 9.30am in Male and arrived at the resort at 2.30pm, so longer than we had expected, but we were pleasantly surprised at having a nice lounge to wait in). We thought the food was really hit or miss. The curries at the buffet were very good, but some dishes were really lacking (this was more so the case in the a la carte restaurants, especially Roma where we found the food quite bad) We had quite a lot of bugs in our room (giant ants and a couple of cockroaches) The pool towels could do with refreshing, they’re a bit old and small for the sunbeds.
