Good friendly service and clean

the food was absolutely amazing and the views are great, our server mai was so friendly, i had the peanut curry and it tasted amazing and my drink was really good too

I am writing this review with immense gratitude and pleasure! This was already my second visit from February 2nd to 7th, and it only confirmed that this hotel is my unconditional choice. The main advantage is its unique location. The hotel is right in the heart of everything: close to a pedestrian tourist street, a shopping mall, and countless restaurants, shops, and currency exchange offices. Yet, being a beachfront hotel right on the sea, it also offers much-desired tranquility. The service is top-notch, with a genuine feel of care for the guests. I would especially like to highlight: Excellent breakfasts — varied, delicious, with great coffee. Always available sunbeds by the beach — no morning rush for a spot. Impeccable room cleanliness thanks to daily housekeeping. A complimentary mini-bar included in the rate, which is restocked daily — a wonderful touch! Interesting restaurant promotions — there's always a good deal to be found. This is that rare hotel that perfectly combines the vibrant life outside with calm, high-quality relaxation inside. I am already recommending it to all my friends and will definitely return! Thank you for another wonderful vacation!

Everything was good. the room very nice ,breakfast delicious,I love Laflora hotel,and Nana Jamie Lanna help us too much .and the hotel location very good

This hotel is not new animore, but still very good. Very nice location at the Beach, and close to everything. Staff always friendly and nice. Good cleaning, and new towels every day. We loved the free minibar. 😊 Great breakefast. We also had dinner twice at the roof top restaurant. 😊 The hotel has sun beds between the hotel and the beach. Only two small minus. - please do something with the doors to the rooms. They make a lot of noise when you close them. - the beach is a little noisy after 12 pm with quite load of music from the club next to the hotel.

We loved our stay at the La Flora resort and spa! We had such fantastic service from our host “You” , he really made our stay so Fun and comfortable. He was so friendly, nice and helpful that we are going to come back again! We also had another helpful and friendly service from Jamie at the front desk. She was wonderful and always got us where we wanted to go! All of the staff were exceptional , helpful and friendly including all of the restaurent staff, cleaning staff, spa staff , bar staff, and management . We will surely come back again! Security was also exceptional! The crossing guard who helped us cross the busy streets of Phuket. The towel service people at the beach and the drink service people at the beach.
