Property Notes

Please note that the resort is on an island and it is inconvenient to access by wheelchairs. The property is only reachable by boat. Guests are suggested to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Railay Beach to take the ferry service. Please note that the resort offers hotel shuttle boat service from Ao Nam Mao Pier to the resort and from resort to Ao Nam Mao Pier. Guests are kindly requested to inform the resort in advance if they wish to make use of this service. The boat shuttle service operates on the following schedule: Hotel to Ao Nam Mao: 09:30, 11:30, 13:30 Ao Nam Mao Pier to hotel: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 17:30 The boat shuttle service will incur an additional charge of THB 100 per person. On the way to the resort from Ao Nam Mao Pier, please always wait for the boat at the end of the long rubber bridge and seek the boat named “Railay Great View”. In case of bad weather or large waves, the boat will not be operated. Please reserve a seat at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the travel time. Guests who wish to use the shuttle service outside of the time schedule above can arrange the service at the front desk at additional charges. Please be aware that the boat is subject to availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Lovely area, close to town but a little getaway with everything you need. Restaurant food is good, pool and private beach. The room has all the things to make a comfortable trip. We loved our stay. Two things to remember, mosquito repent and sign up for the shuttle boat a day before, it fills up!

"3 nights in May. Beaches like railay were quiet and we didn’t get much rain which was nice. Highly recommend this proper"

Beautiful property, super quiet and private. Cottages are super cozy, breakfast was good, and long tail boat service was very helpful when visiting during low season. Saw lots of monkeys and lizards on the property, and thoroughly enjoyed how nestled into the jungle it was.

Little to complain about. Could say property was far from major beaches but we knew that when we booked so can’t really complain about it. Depending on the location of your cabin on the property you may be hiking up a hefty hill or flight of stairs. Prepare yourself. Only other thing was the long boats passing the resort can be loud but never bothered us while in our room. Property was overall exceptional

pool; was not properly clean and you hv to track to reach your room. we have to cancell our booking for which we din't get any refund reson for cancellation is that on our mate is not able to walk to the room
