Property Notes

Please note that the resort is on an island and it is inconvenient to access by wheelchairs. The property is only reachable by boat. Guests are suggested to take a taxi to Ao Nam Mao Pier or Railay Beach to take the ferry service. Please note that the resort offers hotel shuttle boat service from Ao Nam Mao Pier to the resort and from resort to Ao Nam Mao Pier. Guests are kindly requested to inform the resort in advance if they wish to make use of this service. The boat shuttle service operates on the following schedule: Hotel to Ao Nam Mao: 09:30, 11:30, 13:30 Ao Nam Mao Pier to hotel: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 17:30 The boat shuttle service will incur an additional charge of THB 100 per person. On the way to the resort from Ao Nam Mao Pier, please always wait for the boat at the end of the long rubber bridge and seek the boat named “Railay Great View”. In case of bad weather or large waves, the boat will not be operated. Please reserve a seat at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the travel time. Guests who wish to use the shuttle service outside of the time schedule above can arrange the service at the front desk at additional charges. Please be aware that the boat is subject to availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Unikt och fantastiskt hotell i djungeln! Poolen är SÅ fin och det är en trevlig promenad in till Railay walking street med butiker och restauranger. Tips! Family restaurant med friterad papaya sallad! Tips 2! Phra Nang beach för solnedgång! Supergulliga tjejer i lobbyn som hjälpte oss boka privat båttur (4 island tour) direkt från hotellets brygga/strand och transfer till flygplatsen utan problem, härlig positiv personal! Vi bokade en extra natt för vi gillade hotellet så mycket!

Det är en hike upp till rummet om du bor högt upp som vi varje dag, inget för någon med knäproblem(!). Men HELT KLART värt det när aporna satt i träden utanför rummet en dag. Magisk upplevelse! Det är högljutt i djungeln och en geckoödla som höll oss sällskap i badrummet adderade charm till vistelsen men kan tänka mig att det kan störa vissa som sover lätt.

Por poner una pega la llegada con las maletas. Deberían insistir en que ellos te hacen el traslado. Es muy muy complicado
