Acceso, directo a la playa.

Realmente instalaciones un poco anticuadas, en el cuarto la lámpara estaba en mal estado, y el mantenimiento a la máquina de café es nula. Entonces hacer un café realmente no es algo ameno.

La ubicación es muy buena. Playa Cocles es muy bonita y tiene buen movimiento. Las olas son muy divertidas y el ambiente es muy relajado. No hay demasiada gente pero al mismo tiempo se puede encontrar muy buenos lugares para comer.

Las instalaciones necesitan un mantenimiento urgentemente. Todo está ya muy desgastado/oxidado/antiguo. Hasta los pasillos de tablones de madera se encuentran ya muy desgastados.

el desayuno no era muy completo, la fruta se acaba rápido y no hay reposición. los garzones no tienen muy buena disposición

hicimos una reserva para visitar un parque de noche, la recepción ubicó una agencia, quien nos fueron a buscar, cuando legamos al parque, caminamos por fuera, literalmente por calles, y el guía nos dijo que el parque estaba cerrado y que caminaríamos por alrededor del parque. evidentemente pagamos por algo que no contratamos, cuando reclamamos en a recepción , nos descontaron un % de lo pagado, pero la verdad fue muy mal.

My cousin and I stayed in a standard room for a night on a quick trip to Puerto Viejo and found the room large, impeccably clean, and quiet. There was a nice deck outside and we were just a few steps from a pool that was shady and lovely. The hotel grounds are cut in half by the busy coast road which you need to cross in order to get to the restaurant, beach and second pool. We had one of the best buffet breakfasts we had ever had with fresh eggs, potatoes, a wide assortment of luscious fruits and juices - all overlooking the crashing surf. About that crashing surf. I'm not sure if it was an unusual day, but when we were there the ocean was quite chaotic with waves approaching the beach from multiple directions and we did not feel comfortable swimming in the ocean. However, there are two very nice pools. Overall, the hotel is great. We decided we would stay further towards the town center next time to have access to more restaurants, and a calmer, more walkable beach.
