Great friendly staff, spacious & clean room. Quiet location with a nice balcony

Location is a little far from beach/main town. Although if you rent a bike it’s very quick drive into the centre. Staff can also help with organising rental. Bathroom does get soaked everytime you shower but not massive issue

Mold in the bathroom of room 1, thick walls, we could hear what neighbours were talking about, staff seemed to be nice in the beginning but then after we complained about some issues we have they started to avoid us, even did not say hello when they saw us.

The location was great for us - nice and quiet, away from the busy main road. We are comfortable riding scooters so it was very easy to get around. The main highlight was the staff. They were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay! They truly went above and beyond to help us. Note it is very easy to rent a scooter on site, which makes for much easier returns than renting from a shop in town.

It’s worth knowing that the rooms have a very thin dividing wall, so bring earplugs and plan for less privacy.

My family of 4 stayed at one of the small houses for 5 days and we were very happy with everything! The communication, the friendliness and thoughtfulness of the staff were exceptional and much appreciated (eg. after long days of traveling they offered us free fruits when we arrived, it felt like heaven; they refilled our drinking water supply every day). We went to Ao Nang every day which was very easy with Grab application (early mornings rather Bolt app worked), takes ~12 minutes and costs 110-210 bahts. The beds are very cozy and huge, the AC and the cute little private bathroom makes everything comfortable! We also liked the quietness of the place and the lot of cute and beautiful cats who randomly show up during the days and they let you pet them a bit.

The room was very clean and the property was so tranquil and quiet. The hosts were amazing - they rented us a scooter for a good price & brought us bottles of water and fresh fruit every day. They also popped in to clean a little & replenish shampoo, toilet roll etc. whilst we were out. They were super friendly & helpful & we absolutely loved our stay here.

Not much not to like, to be honest! We had some mosquitoes getting into the bathroom through a vent but they gave us an insect spray and they didn’t come back again - not an issue that wasn’t easily sorted / you wouldn’t find elsewhere in Thailand.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Such friendly workers, greeted us with freshly squeezed orange juice for when we arrived, when we would leave would give us water! The area is beautiful it’s nice to be out of the main town, can rent bikes from the hotel. Amazing stay would come back in a second

The room was clean

I would advise anyone to stay away from this place. It is almost impossible to find in the evening and the owners have done nothing to assist guests to find it or provide service in any way. There are no directions or signs at night. When I realized it was impossible to find, I rang the owners and they told me they would send some staff. A lady appeared on the dirt road that leads to this place out in the middle of nowhere. Then I saw a red Suzuki Swift car reverse out of a house and I was asked by the lady "are you trying to come here?"I did not know who she was or what she was talking about. The man who had reversed the car said "but the owners are very nice, they have gone away" I replied "no they're not" due to the extremely difficult process I had gone through to get there. He then very arrogantly and aggressively replied "go stay someplace else". I got to my room and there was no internet because it had been turned off. Also be aware that there is no privacy whatsoever between the rooms because there is an interconnecting door between your room and the one beside you, which means you are virtually sharing your room with the other guests. You can even hear footsteps when the person next door is quietly walking around. The air conditioning, when put on the mildest possible setting, sends a very strong freezing cold draft directly onto where you're sleeping. To top it all off, after I arrived I found that the rooms were being offered far cheaper than what I had paid. I have lived in Thailand for 10 years and I've been everywhere in the country, so of course I am very flexible, but this place is unbearable.

This stay absolutely exceeded our expectations. The place is a bit outside of the main tourist area so it is quiet and it gives you the feeling like you are in the middle of the jungle. The owners offer new bikes to rent for a reasonable price and without any fuss. We arrived in the evening after spending long hours at airports and we were greeted with absolutely delicious homemade fried rice and some pieces of watermelon. If I ever go back to this location in Thailand I would book a stay at this place again without hesitating. :)

We could hear other guests in the room next to us. However, it wasn't bad at all, we were out all day and got back in the evening to sleep, so it didn't bother us that much.

Amazing staff, spacious rooms and very clean. Laundry service offered for very cheap and water provided every day! Highly recommend this lovely resort.

A little far from shops/restaurants and difficult to get a grab taxi but if you don’t mind walking or have a moped then this is no problem
