Location and property was good

Not value for money. Have booked a room with 1 child below 5 years and another room for couple. For couple I was allowed to book delux room, however for room with child of below 5 years I was only allowed to book only family room( even though delux room was available), which equal to 2 seperate bedrooms and a hall, is which way to big for a family of 3 ( child below 5 years) and expensive. Hence, It turned out I have paid more money and upon asking the hotel staff to adjust they denied because I booked through booking.com. While booking it is very difficut to judge the room size and compulsory we need to book bigger room, eventually end up paying more money.

The entertainment programs keep the customers engaged. The Jungle trek, Karaoke were superb. Food, ambiance were good.

The hotel is very far from the main market and the property is outdated and in need of renovation. There is only one restaurant with limited food options, serving only vegetarian meals. Snack options are poor. The only redeeming factor was the dosas served during breakfast on one day, which were good. Concise Review Style Far from the main market, this old property requires upgrades, features only one restaurant with limited vegetarian food options, and offers poor snacks. The only highlight was the dosas served at breakfast on one day. The stay tariff compared to hotel standards is too high.
