A banheira não estava funcionando e isso frustou nossa estadia porque foi exatamente pela banheira que escolhemos o local.

Ótimo hotel, cuja estrutura é excelente. Equipe do hotel muito prestativa e educada. Camas confortáveis , toalhas de qualidade .

Imóvel muito amplo , mas sem manutenção adequada , proprietário não dá valor ao seu patrimônio . Tv da sala velha e com led queimado , tela metade queimada . Avisei à administradora , que só enrolou e não fez nada . Uma decepção com a administradora . Ar condicionado somente frio , no inverno em Florianópolis isto é um problema . O anúncio é de uma cobertura , mas é um apartamento no último andar . Com uma sacada grande , mas sem nenhuma cadeira , mesas.

The hotel structure is fantastic and location is excellent

The apartment is old and need some renovation. Furniture is old and also there are no outdoor furniture.
