Bardzo miła obsługa - Pan Jarosław z recepcji przyjął nas ciepło i spełnił nasze prośby. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, szeroki wybór potraw, każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie. W pokoju mapy i informator o okolicy. Dostępny, wygodny parking. Czysto, w łazience jest żel pod prysznic i mydło. Dobrze działa WiFi oraz telewizja. Krzesła na balkonie. W recepcji można kupić napoje, gadżety.

Brak lodówki, Basen czynny od godz. 16 00 a sauna (2 osobowa) jeszcze później, gdyż włączana jest w momencie otwarcia basenu.

Hotel zasługuje na uznanie, zwłaszcza personel. Wygodne łóżka, spokojna okolica, piękne widoki na Krynicę z okna, miejsce parkingowe, basen z sauną, siłownia, pyszne śniadania i bogata oferta dodatkowego wyżywienia oraz zabiegów. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, indywidualne podejście do gości.

Jedynym mankamentem były słabo wyciszone i trochę za małe pokoje, niestety było słychać odgłosy z korytarza.

Bardzo dobrze położony obiekt, w pobliżu centrum Krynicy, parku zdrojowego i pijalni wód. Parking bezpłatny. Pokój wyposażony w standardzie hotelu 3-gwiazdkowego. Plus za brak dywanu w pokoju - dobre dla alergików. Śniadanie było pyszne i zróżnicowane. Obiekt posiada windę, a z ostatniego piętra jest całkiem ładny widok. Mój pokój jednoosobowy miał balkon - bardzo miłe zaskoczenie.

Kawiarnia hotelowa niestety nie serwuje deserów :( Łóżko trochę skrzypiało, mam nadzieję, że nikogo nie obudziłem kręcąc się w nocy ;)
