No cooperation at all

The location is great, very near to the beach. It is also easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

Most of the staff were unable to speak English well. We were rushed to checkout earlier than the standard checkout time.

The location next to the beach is great. The outdoor area is ideal to chill and relax while having a view of the sea. It is also easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

Before arriving, the property asked for a deposit. So I made the payment and informed via Booking.com and also Whatsapp as requested, but the property never bothered to acknowledge it. During the checkin, the staff again forgot about this deposit. The staff needs to be mindful about this and be more responsive to guests online.

Nothing was good about the property. Only location

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The lady managing it was extremely arrogant and rude. The breakfast was limited and came with unnecessary restrictions. When I ordered idli and bread omelette, I was shocked to be told that I could only have 3 idlis and couldn’t ask for more. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when you're paying for a comfortable stay. The attitude and lack of flexibility ruined the experience. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend staying here. Even in that breakfast she put up a lot of spices.

Not maintained well at all, lot of mosquitoes, room was dirty, sand all over the floor and bathroom, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

I would definitely recommend this place as the govind nagar beach is too near from the resort the facilities they provided too good the staff was also cooperative.

Proper restaurant on the beach side would have added more value for the travellers. Else location is good
