Crossbill Beach Resort

Breakfast was good as the lady herself made and served fresh food.Location was good. The owner was good to us and gave us some suggestions with our travel plans.

The room had a cake in one of the drawer from previous guest. Ants and lizards were moving in the bedroom and we had to keep the doors shut to avoid mosquitos. The bathroom was awful as it is firstly outdated, secondly insects like spider and snails worms were crawling. Not a fancy place or even bare minimum standard maintained in the bathroom.While leaving, they claimed that we took there tea tray in one of the 2 rooms, which was then clarified by their staff that she did not put/she took it away. So I feel improvement in communication would help a little bit as we were partially happy until that incident of taking a tray from hotel room happened!

The location is the only good thing about the resort. There are many eateries within walking distance.

The property is ill-maintained and in shambles. Even the lawns have not been watered for long and the plants were dying. The room smelled bad since it hadn't been aired out. The room has major power issues bordering on danger. Out of the 3 power sockets, only 1 worked. The lamp at the bedside was always on irrespective of the switch. I have the videos of the same but can only upload images here. There was no toilet paper. The tea was served in shabby cups. We could only eat breakfast once and it consisted of dry, stale bread. They didn't even pack us the breakfast for next day despite my asking twice. Additionally, they are reusing waterbottles filled with tap water and passing it off as mineral water. Please do not be fooled by the private beach access. The path to beach becomes pitch dark after sunset and is a common walkway for all of the resorts in the neighborhood. The pettiness of management shows and the place is just not worth the money they're charging. I do not recommend.

Great Stay! We had a wonderful experience here. The room was neat, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a family stay. The homely food was a delight, and the hosts were very welcoming. While the roads in Andaman are small (which is common), the place is easily accessible by cab. We stayed here for 2 days , and it was a comfortable and convenient choice. Highly recommended!

It is a budget friendly stay with private beach with spouse, friends & Family. Nearby locations are also very good.
