The location of property

There has to be utensils available for all needs . Place was not checked before we arrived and nobody available when we arrived . Not very welcoming . Hospitality need to improve . Maintenance has to improve especially the front fountain

The property was nice. Pool was nice although strong with chemicals.

The property owner switched my location after booking. Giving me a comparable property although not what I booked. Additionally, the owner told me upon arrival that I needed to give a 4,000 baht cash security deposit. Upon checkout, the owner did not arrive to check me out of the property, I waited an additional hour and then left. The owner tried to charge me the security deposit for the late checkout. Even though I was waiting on the owner. And by the time I heard from them, I was already on the way to the airport and couldn’t pick up my security deposit. They refused to return the deposit to me another way.

This is my second visit based on the wonderful experience in the past I opted TY Holidays. All together it was a good experience but from my past experience it was below expectations

Water was a big problem in the rooms. The beds are not comfortable. This small things can be improved and I am sure next time when I visit I will have wonderful exp.

Tv is not working in all the rooms

Staff very kind. Location was pretty good, close to shops and restaurants. My family enjoyed the 7 days stay in villa #216. The villa and pool was very clean. The villa need some minor maintenance otherwise it was a perfect score for me. I come back for another stay next time.
