Maintenance work of the White Hills Resort Sharm El Sheikh Upgrading main swimming pool (Insula) will be carried out from 10/01/26 to 28/02/26. Renovation work is taking place from 8h00 to 18h00 daily. Guests may experience some noise disturbances from 8h00 to 18h00 in the 1st week only. Please note that the alternative for our guest will be Sunrise Pool 1, 2 and Oasis Pool will be available for use by all guests, including children, throughout the renovation period. Please note that the Work Area will be protected and covered.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Det jag gillade mest med boendet var utan tvekan personalen. De är otroligt vänliga, lyhörda och alltid redo att lösa problem oavsett vad det gäller - dessutom så snabbt som möjligt. Man känner sig verkligen väl omhandertagen under hela vistelsen. Jag vill rikta ett extra stort och särskilt tack till Ahmad Awis från receptionen, som verkligen gjorde vår vistelse speciell. Ett stort tack också till Hazem och Rafiq från receptionen för deras fantastiska service och hjalpsamhet. Tack även till Nader och Chico från Poolen de var som bästisar under min vistelse och jag hade så roligt med de. Atif från städningen och Hassan som körde oss mellan receptionen och rummet. Jag vill även tacka chefen på hotellet som verkligen lyssnade på våra synpunkter och åtgärdade allt direkt utan dröjsmål. Det här är absolut ett ställe jag rekommenderar varmt, och jag skulle utan tvekan återvända hit igen. Det har varit en fantastisk vecka tack vare all personal, och jag vill verkligen tacka alla som arbetar där. De förtjänar mycket, mycket mer än fem stjärnor för sitt bemötande, sin service och sitt engagemang

The place is new and modern , very clean place .amazing staff , food 10/10 . Swimming pool and beach are the best 10/10 , entertainment all the day at the hotel .

There is only one problem at the hotel and it’s not the hotel mistake it’s the behaviour of some customer, the lobby and the entrance at the midnight will be full of drunk people and boys waiting for girls to join them 🤢 - the place not for families at all , i will not recommend to families who have kinds to see this .

Tutto stupendo . IL Personale è molto disponibile e cortese e molto professionale. RESORT da favola. Si tratta di una struttura VIP di altissimo Livello, è inspiegabile quello che si prova durante il soggiorno. Struttura pulitissima in ogni luogo, verde curatissimo con piante esotiche in ogni dove, ristorante e cibo di alta qualità (FANTASTICO), Spiaggia e Mare cristallino con una barriera corallina mozzafiato. VOTO DA 1 A 100: NOI DIAMO 1000/100. GRAZIE A TUTTO LO STAFF per la stupenda esperienza. Ci vediamo Presto.
