Aesthetically pleasing

Every staff member was so rude and spoke to us so horrible that it ruined the entire experience, from being asked what do you want as we tried to check in to being shouted at and staff acting like they can’t speak English and then shouting at me and when I cried from all the horrible experience the manager had the smart idea to tell me that I cry too much. Absolutely hated this place if your not Russian or white good luck

Excellent service, with classy and very kind shisha staff. The spa was high quality, the food was diverse and delicious, and the place offers great youth activities with lively evening vibes. A unique and enjoyable experience.

One small point for improvement: the payment and room-charging system for shisha and paid drinks could be better organized, as it may sometimes cause confusion.

The property was always clean, and the room design was comfortable and cozy. We especially liked the amazing staff, excellent service, and great location, which made our stay very enjoyable.

There was nothing major to dislike. A few more food variety options would make the experience even better, but overall everything was excellent
